Christianity, the way jesus intended:
ArchAngel Ministry is not a traditional ministry in the sense that we are more action-based than faith-based, which is to say that we practice Christianity the way Jesus Christ did rather than following the example of most traditional churches. Our primary focus is to do God's work by feeding the hungry, sheltering the homeless, and taking care of the sick as Jesus repeatedly instructed all Christians to do.
Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:20 "Unless our righteousness surpasses the of the Pharisees' we will certainly not enter the kingdom of Heaven." yet rather than following Jesus' example and being active in our communities, seeking out those less fortunate the way HE did, most Christian churches follow the example of the Pharisees rather than that of Jesus Himself.
Allow me to explain. Every year billions of dollars of God's money gets collected by thousands of churches across the country, supposedly to help those less fortunate, yet very little if anything is ever done by God's people to remedy any of the suffering people are going through around the world. As Christians, we have talked ourselves into believing that it is somehow the Federal government's responsibility to do God's work instead of ours. To my knowledge the Federal government never made any promises to God. However, each and every person who calls themself a Christian did make that promise and we simply aren't living up to it, and God is watching.
Hoarding HIS resources to build elaborate social clubhouses for ourselves isn't going to help us get into Heaven any more than it helped the Pharisees. Instead of waiting on non-believers to walk in the door so we can tell them about God's love and grace, ArchAngel Ministry follows Jesus' example by going out into our communities to actually show people God's love and grace so that those on their knees have an extremely good reason to look up!
It is our strong belief that our primary responsibility as Christians is to expand God's family by drawing people to HIM through acts of kindness and generosity. We also strongly support the concept of unity among all Christians, properly serving our Father in Heaven by following the path paved by Jesus Christ, unaltered by man's opinion.
In Matthew 12:25 Jesus tells us that "Every kingdom divided against itself shall be brought to desolation." Yet the majority of Christians in the world today belong to denominational churches which divide God's kingdom against itself!
I'll say it one more time for those who may have missed it.
DENOMINATIONAL CHURCHES DIVIDE GOD'S KINGDOM AGAINST ITSELF!
The instant we accept the moniker of Baptist, Lutheran, Protestant, Catholic, or any other denominational title, and begin following a doctrine conceived by man, we have made a conscious decision to willingly and knowingly separate ourselves from other Christians against our Savior's wishes! From that moment we are being led away from God because we have accepted a version of Jesus' teachings that has been altered by man to suit our own particular needs. Many times, we even choose the churches we attend based on whether we agree with the teachings or not. The Apostle Paul warned us about this in 2nd Timothy 4:3 when he stated...
"For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths."
We at ArchAngel Ministry realize that we live in a society that makes it seem like the truth is somehow interchangeable depending on who you happen to be talking to at any particular time, but that simply isn't the case. There is no your truth, my truth, and the other truth. There is only THE TRUTH and feelings nor beliefs are a determining factor in what the truth is, and God does not adhere to society's rules. The truth is that Christianity was never meant to agree with us! As Christians it is our responsibility to sacrifice our Earthly desires and conform to it! Our unwillingness to do so is the exact reason why Jesus tells us that there will be many believers who get turned away at the gates in Matthew 7:21-23.
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness."
I have asked many leaders of the Christian faith why the church has so many different denominations and receive the same answer virtually every time. I'm sure you have probably heard it... "God gives man different understandings." They tell us this even though Proverbs 3:5 instructs us to, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." Not to mention that the negative implications this statement ignorantly places on God Himself should be considered heresy! To say that God gives man different understandings is to imply that HE is two-faced and stabbing His own Son directly in the back!
As the Holy Bible very clearly points out, Jesus wants unity among His followers, yet virtually all leaders of denominational churches would have you believe that God is going behind Jesus' back and whispering different things in people's ears causing division and contradiction! I can assure you that nothing could be farther from the truth! God doesn't give man different understandings. Man gives man different understandings because men are narcissistic, self-serving, and willing to change the rules to suit themselves. God, on the other hand is absolute, steadfast, unwavering, and only has one set of rules that HE etched in stone that man has never, nor will ever have the authority to change! It is our intention to follow those rules.
We encourage you to fulfill the promise you made the day you accepted HIS grace, by separating yourself from the doctrines of man and becoming an important part of our rapidly expanding family that is strongly dedicated and steadfastly committed to practicing Christianity in a manner that will reflect God's love and character by strictly adhering to the teachings of Jesus Christ and mirroring the example that HE set.
It is vital that everyone reading these words have a very clear understanding that ArchAngel Ministry has no desire, nor are we asking for anyone to follow us. We are simply inviting you to remove the shackles of manmade doctrine and follow Jesus Christ, which you already agreed to do. We just want to be first in line because we know that Jesus has the key to the Gate in HIS front pocket!
Romans 8:28-31
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified. What then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

The Founding
My name is Kevin Bartley, the founder of ArchAngel Ministry. I have been a Christian for more than 35 years and come from a very spiritual family. I have always believed that I walked closely with God because I have felt HIS spirit and also witnessed HIS work firsthand on many occasions. So, you can imagine my surprise when God, not only corrected me on how wrong I was, but literally used the Holy Bible to show me that my eternal soul would NEVER see the inside of Heaven as long as I continued to follow false doctrine created by man.
HE let me know, very matter-of-factly in no uncertain terms, that Christianity was never meant to agree with me and if I was going to have the audacity to call myself a Christian, that it was my responsibility to conform to it and surrender to HIS will. In that moment I realized that the Baptist Doctrine I had been following for more than 35 years was actually leading me away from Heaven and my soul was too important for me to stay on that path.
To be perfectly clear, ArchAngel ministry was founded mainly out of fear that my eternal soul would never enter the Kingdom of Heaven. I also realized that there are 10s of millions of Christians who are on the same dead-end road that I was on and felt is was my duty to warn them. Proverbs 14:12 calls these paths "ways that appear to be right, but in the end, lead to spiritual death."
In Ezekiel 33:6-9 God Himself tells us that, as Christians, it is our responsibility to sound the trumpet if we see a sword coming at our fellow brethren, for if we don't give them warning and they die, there blood will be on our hands.
"But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people and the sword comes and takes someone’s life, that person’s life will be taken because of their sin, but I will hold the watchman accountable for their blood.’
“Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so, hear the word I speak and give them warning from me. When I say to the wicked, ‘You wicked person, you will surely die,’ and you do not speak out to dissuade them from their ways, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. But if you do warn the wicked person to turn from their ways and they do not do so, they will die for their sin, though you yourself will be saved."
I created this ministry to not only sound the trumpet about what God had shown me, but to also shatter the walls of division that separate God's people from one another. In 1 Corinthians 1:10 the Apostle Paul says, "I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought." and it is in that spirit of unity that ArchAngel Ministry was created and will forever be dedicated to unifying all Christians under one roof, with one set of rules, {which were etched in stone by God's hands}, and a singular purpose.
To walk in the footsteps of Jesus Christ and serve our Father in Heaven in a manner that mirrors HIM.
It may sound funny, but in an incredible sense of irony, God gave me an incredible gift the day HE showed me that I was on my way to Hell. He made me realize that accepting Jesus as my Savior was only how I became a Christian and if I want my name in the Book of Life, I must keep the SACRED PROMISE I made to HIM the moment I accepted HIS grace by living a life that reflects HIS love as well as HIS character while being obedient to His Commandments. As a Christian, it is my responsibility to follow the example of Jesus Christ by sacrificing my life in the service of others. When I say sacrificing, Im not speaking in a literal sense like Jesus sacrificing His life on the cross. I mean that I must follow Jesus' instructions and live my life in service of others because the fate of my eternal soul depends on it!
Matthew 25:31-46
“When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger, and you invited me in, I needed clothes, and you clothed me, I was sick, and you looked after me, I was in prison, and you came to visit me.’
“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’
“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
“Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry, and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty, and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger, and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes, and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’ “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’ “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”
Personally, I don't want anything to do with that whole eternal punishment thing.

Our mission at ArchAngel Ministry mirrors the mission of Jesus Christ.

UNITY:
It is our strong belief that all Christians should be one family following one set of rules with one purpose, which is why breaking down the divisional walls that divide Christians is one of our top priorities.
We understand that the concept of unity was important to Jesus because He not only talked about it frequently, but He prayed for unity when He was praying for HIS disciples in John 17:20-21.
“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in Me, and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent Me."
When a large group of individuals unite in order to accomplish a specific objective, they tend to support each other. It also promotes a sense of belonging as well as purpose and makes it easier to connect people with diverse skills and perspectives, which leads to more informed decisions by exploring a broader range of solutions. However, by Christians making no efforts toward unity, our egos have expanded unrestrained, and we have let our own man-made divisions separate us which is only drawing us farther from God and our purpose as Christians. It is ArchAngel Ministry's mission to unite Christians everywhere by recognizing our purpose and moving towards God by following Jesus' perfect example.
DOCTRINE:
The doctrine we follow and promote is verified and approved by the Kingdom of Heaven because we simply follow the words and actions of God Himself, as well as those of Jesus Christ. We accept this Doctrine because God wrote it, and Jesus showed us how to carry it out.
In Matthew 23:8 Jesus reminds His disciples they have only "one teacher," and He instructs them to not do as the Pharisees do, "for they preach but do not practice." This is Jesus telling us out of His own mouth that we must follow HIS example as well as HIS teachings and ArchAngel Ministry is steadfastly committed to precisely following HIS instructions.
SERVICE OF OTHERS:
Our Ministry is committed to serving God through acts of service and kindness as Jesus did. 100% of all donations to our ministry are immediately put to use helping those less fortunate. This is the cornerstone of our ministry because of how important it is to God Himself.
Ephesians 2:10 says..."For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." In addition, 1 Timothy 6:18, Matthew 5:16, Hebrews 10:24, Titus 2:7 and 3:8 all express the importance of doing good works, while Romans 2:6, Matthew 16:27 and Revelations 20:13 as well as 22:12 all tell us that we will be judged according to our works and James 2:26 takes it one step further by stating... "Faith without works is dead!"
EXPOSING FALSE PROPHECY
Sounding the trumpet on false prophecy is extremely important at ArchAngel Ministry for 2 very specific reasons.
- What God said in Ezekiel 33:6-9 about sounding the trumpet.

- What Jesus said in Matthew 7:21-23 about our judgement.
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and, in your name, perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’
We believe it is the fundamental responsibility of every Christian to admonish and expose all who contradict the teachings of Jesus Christ so that those who follow their lead will have the opportunity to not share their fate.
"And what I do I will continue to do, in order to undermine the claim of those who would like to claim that in their boasted mission they work on the same terms as we do. For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So, it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds."
